When staff start a new order they choose what the customer is buying: a tour, a flight ticket, a hotel, a visa, transportation or anything else you sell.

The right fields for each

A flight order asks for the PNR and ticket number, a hotel order for check-in and rooms, a visa order for applicants and dates. Nobody fills in fields that do not apply.

The same core on every order

Customer, price and cost, invoice, payments, supplier, documents, notes and a history of who changed what.

One customer, all their orders

Open any order and the customer's other orders are listed beside it, so a returning traveller's history is never split.

Packages with a combined total

Link a tour, a flight and a transfer as one package and see the combined total, paid and balance.

Bulk actions

Select many orders at once to update, export, duplicate or delete them. Anything that breaks a rule is skipped and you are told why.

One orders system instead of a spreadsheet per service

Many agencies keep tours in one tool, tickets in a spreadsheet and visas in a notebook. The trouble starts when a customer asks what they still owe. In Toursside each service is a normal order with its own steps, so a flight moves to Ticketed, a hotel to Confirmed, a visa to Approved or Rejected and a transfer to Driver assigned, while payments and invoices work exactly the same way on all of them.

Packages that keep each invoice separate

When orders are linked as a package, the package shows what the customer owes across all of them. Each order still keeps its own invoice and its own payments, so you can invoice the flight today and the hotel next week. Cancelled orders are left out of the package total.

What it is not

Toursside is a system for recording and managing the bookings your agency makes. It is not a flight or hotel booking engine: it has no live connection to airlines, GDS or hotel systems, it does not show availability and it does not issue tickets. You book with your supplier as you do now, then keep the booking, the money and the documents here.

Questions

Is Toursside a flight or hotel booking engine?

No. It manages the bookings your agency makes with its own suppliers. It does not connect to airlines, GDS or hotel systems, show live availability or issue tickets.

Which plans include flight, hotel, visa and transport orders?

Every plan. All six order types are part of Starter, Growth and Business.

Can one customer have several kinds of order?

Yes. A customer's orders stay together whatever their type, and you can link them as a package with one combined total, paid amount and balance.

Is there a supplier database?

Not today. The supplier on an order is typed in as text, and the order's cost is recorded next to its price.

What can bulk actions do?

On lists such as orders, tours, itineraries, inquiries and partner requests you can select many items and update, export, duplicate or delete them in one go, depending on the list. Items that cannot be changed are skipped with the reason shown.
