Does Toursside connect to hotel systems or bed banks?

No. There is no live connection to hotels, wholesalers or channel managers. You record the reservation you made and manage it from there.

Can I store the hotel's confirmation number?

Yes. It is a field on the hotel order and you can search for the order by it.

Can a hotel stay be invoiced separately from a tour?

Yes. Every order has its own invoice. If the hotel is linked to a tour as a package, you also see the combined total and balance.
